Gorgeous 14K gold and pearl earrings from Imperial Pearl Syndicate. These elegant pierced earrings feature freshwater pearls and 14K gold beads. Thestrands are composed of 7mm whitepearlsand areare accented with 14k gold beads. They are dangling from lovely gold shields. The earrings were made by the Imperial Pearl Syndicate. Imperial was founded by Joseph Gladstone in 1917 in Providence, RI. It was later renamed the Imperial Pearl Syndicate. Imperial became on of the first to bring the valued Akoya pearls to the United States from Japan. The companywas a leader in the pearl jewelry market, and its jewelry was very popular post WWII into the mid-century. It is highly collectible now.
